  1. Check damp basements, crawl spaces, and garages — cave (camel) crickets are silent and easy to miss until you spot one jumping.
  2. Reduce moisture with a dehumidifier or improved ventilation in the affected space.
  3. Reduce clutter where they hide during the day.
  4. Apply a residual perimeter treatment and crack-and-crevice treatment in the affected area.
  5. Sticky traps are effective for both monitoring and knocking down populations, since these crickets don't respond strongly to bait.

Wear long pants, a long-sleeved shirt, closed-toe shoes with socks, chemical-resistant gloves, and goggles. Add a respirator if the label calls for it or ventilation is poor.
